IDW Publishing has announced the promotion of Rosalind Morehead from PR & Marketing Manger to Director of Book Market Sales. In her new role, Morehead will service IDW’s existing book market accounts, as well as develop new market channels and products that meet the demand of the evolving book marketplace.
“Since Rosalind came to IDW Publishing two years, we’ve been very impressed with her ability to incorporate sales strategies into our marketing campaigns,” said President & COO Greg Goldstein. “We believe her unique understanding of both sales and marketing will help the company grow its book business to new heights.”
Previous to serving as IDW’s PR & Marketing Manager for the last two years, Morehead worked at entertainment product developer Mad Catz from 2004-2013 in various sales roles, including Sales Director. In that role she serviced some of Mad Catz’ largest accounts including GameStop, generating millions in retail sales as well as significantly increasing year-over-year account performance.
