Titan Comics has unveiled Sherlock: A Study in Pink manga series will adapt episodes of the Hartswood Films TV show starring Sherlock Holmes as portrayed by Benedict Cumberbatch and Dr. John Watson as portrayed by Martin Freeman.

The show originally airing on the BBC in 2010 is a reimagining of the Arthur Conan Doyle classic. It follows Sherlock Holmes and Dr. John Watson in adventures in 21st Century London. A fourth series has been commissioned and is set for a 2017 release.

The manga series will be will be illustrated by Jay and will be printed in English for the first time in the US & UK with extended page counts. The series will feature new art and covers by a number of different artists including Alice X. Zhang.

The first story, Sherlock: A Study in Pink #1 hits shelves in June.
