Legendary horror author R.L. Stine brings his unique brand of fear to Marvel Comics to make his mark on one of Marvel’s most monstrous creatures, Man-Thing!

R.L. Stine will team with artist German Peralta and Daniel Warren Johnson along with a bevy of as of yet unnamed artists to tell a new story about Man-Thing.

After attempting to recreate the super soldier serum that produced Captain Ameria, biochemist Ted Sallis is transformed into Man-Thing! He’s recently regained his ability to speak and sets out on a journey to leave the swamp once and for all. However, a mysterious danger threatens reality and he will have to choose between his new life and the place he once called home!

Along with Man-Thing, R.L. Stine and artist Daniel Warren will provide a back-up story that brings you terror on the high seas that will be sure to leave you seasick!

R.L. Stine’s Man-Thing #1 will feature covers by Tyler Crook, Billy Martin, Francesco Francavilla, John Tyler Christopher, Ron Lim, and Stephanie Hans.
