The Xindi aren’t a single species of aliens. They are a collection of species that evolved together on their homeworld of Xindi. After countless years of warfare in-between each species of Xindi, they finally came together united after their homeworld was destroyed by their inability to put aside their differences. The threat they posed to humanity came to light when they tested a weapon on Earth that carved a line of death down from Florida to South America leaving millions dead.  The Xindi are also a unique group because of their parallel evolution of multiple species from a single world.

The Kazon made the list, but not Klingons? Really?

What about Soran? They guy who killed Kirk? Really? And no Klingons?

I saw them more as a tool of the founders than anything else. Though Weyoun could be seen in the same light. His character was given a lot more development so I saw him more as a threat than a prop.

Klingons have been allies more often than villains from my experience with the franchise. I know that’s going get some heat, but I guess a lot of that comes from how I came into the Trek universe during the Next Gen run. But you make a great point!

#Sorandidnothingwrong! Just joking, I thought about him, and he was one of the villains I had on the list that I kept going back and forth from. But when the list of top villains of Star Trek films is made he will be on it!
