Marvel’s Guardians of the Galaxy – Gamora Origins

Marvel has released two shorts detailing what they call Gamora’s origins. However, the shorts are more of a prequel to the cinematic Guardians of the Galaxy than an actual origin story of Gamora.
They depict Gamora competing against Nebula and Korath in order to become Ronan’s second. She has to not only evade an ancient fortress’ defenses, but outwit her so-called companions as well.
Both shorts are very fun and energetic and keep the vibe of the Guardians alive. There are even some guest appearances by two of your favorite Ravagers.
The biggest reveal is the introduction of a new character who is the last living member of his species and is the catalyst for the Guardian’s quest to save the Galaxy.
Don’t forget to tune in to Marvel’s Guardians of the Galaxy when it premieres on Saturday, September 26 at 9:30 PM on Disney XD.
