Marvel Unveils Covers for Free Comic Book Day Books

Marvel has unveiled the covers for both of their Free Comic Book Day Books (FCBD), FCBD Civil War II and FCBD Captain America #1.

FCBD Civil War II by Brian Michael Bendis and Jim Cheung will give you an inside look on the upcoming Civil War II event and a taste of the kind of conflict that will be found within the event book. This book will also feature the debut of the All-New Wasp with a story from Mark Waid and Alan Davis.

FCBD Captain America #1 by Nick Spencer and Jesus Saiz sees the return of Steve Rogers as Captain America and details one of his first adventures as Captain America after the events of Avengers: Standoff. This book will also include a look into the Dead No More storyline, which Marvel is dubbing as Top Secret. If you got the chance to bring someone back, would you? It appears the Dead No More storyline will be written by Dan Slott with art from Javier Garron.

Both books will be available on Free Comic Book Day at participating comic book shops nationwide. Free Comic Book Day is May 7, 2016!
