Hot of the presses! The legendary Warren Ellis (Transmetropolitan; RED; The Authority, Moon Knight) has officially joined AfterShock Comics. Now, he, artist Phil Hester, and colorist Mike Spicer have teamed up to bring us Shipwreck, a brand new series from AfterShock comics.

Here’s the solicit:

Dr. Jonathan Shipwright, sole survivor of a very unusual and very secret shipwreck, doesn’t know where he is. Seemingly trapped on an endless road, in pursuit of a saboteur who holds the key to his salvation — or doom.

Shipwreck #1 will feature a main cover by Phil Hester and an incentive cover by John McCrea. Take a look:
