New CW Promo Hints At Reverse Flash’s Return To Arrowverse!

The CW just put out their latest promo spot titled “Save the Day.” The 30-second promo features brand new footage from The Flash, Arrow, Supergirl, and Legends of Tomorrow.
The clip appears to show Barry Allen wearing a new suit. It also shows Citizen Steel teaming up with Kid Flash. In a separate clip we see Citizen Steel back in the Old West chewing on some lead. It looks like the Legends may be returning to a favored time era. Does that mean we will see Jonah Hex again?
Maybe the biggest surprise from the clip, is the possible return of Reverse Flash. The clip shows Thawne apparently being destroyed, but why would they include that in the teaser promo for their upcoming seasons? Could Thawne be back in a big way?
There are also some great action shots. White Canary kicks some dude dressed up as a Roman soldier right in the face! The upcoming seasons for The Flash, Arrow, Supergirl, and Legends of Tomorrow just got that much more exciting!

The Arrowverse will crossover in an untitled four episode event beginning with Supergirl on Monday, November 27.
Supergirl Season 3 premieres on Monday, October 9 at 8/7c.
The Flash Season 4 will premiere on Tuesday, October 10 at 8/7c. Legends of Tomorrow Season 3 will debut right after it at 9/8c.
Finally Arrow Season 5 debuts on Thursday, October 11 at 9/8c.
