Chris Pratt and Bryce Dallas Howard return for Jurassic World: Fallen Kingdom!

Universal just dropped their latest trailer just before the kick off of the Super Bowl between the New England Patriots and the Philadelphia Eagles.

Watch:

The trailer begins in one of the most horrific nightmare sequences I can image. A dinosaur about to reach down and snatch you out of your bed. I would definitely be pissing my pants if I came face to face with this bad boy!

But before we get a pay off from the suspenseful moment, the film flashes back to Chris Pratt’s Owen Grady raising his favorite raptor, Blue.

Then we get clips of the island exploding. It definitely looks like Pratt’s Owen Grady and Bryce Dallas Howard’s Clair Dearing are trying to evacuate the island and save the dinosaurs. But not all of the dinosaurs are going to be easy to save. There are a number of carnivores, who look like they might want to make a snack out of Clair Dearing and her team.

While much of the trailer focuses on Grady and Dearing escaping the island with a T-Rex and other dinosaurs, there appears to be an even more sinister plot brewing from InGen. The company behind the famous dinosaur parks looks to have created a brand new and even more lethal dinosaur than we’ve ever seen before. And this new dangerous dinosaur appears to be the monster from the nightmare sequence at the very beginning of the trailer. In order to defeat it, Grady is going to need help from his friend Blue!

The movie looks like it will have classic Jurassic Park elements of suspense and action along with a little bit of comedy. It looks like a solid follow-up to Jurassic World!

Jurassic World: Fallen Kingdom comes out on June 22, 2018. Along with Chris Pratt and Bryce Dallas Howard, it stars Jeff Goldblum, James Cromwell, BD Wong, and Justice Smith.
