IDW announced a brand new Shredder-centric Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles comic called TMNT: Shredder in Hell. The series will be written and drawn by Mateus Santolouco. Santoluoco is no stranger to the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles having worked on City Fall.
