Sony Pictures, Director Ruben Fleischer, and Tom Hardy unleash the third Venom trailer!

Take a look:

Sony Pictures might have outdone themselves with the latest Venom trailer. This latest trailer clearly lays out what we can expect from the plot as Tom Hardy’s Eddie Brock begins looking into something he describes as “really bad.” It’s something the government isn’t look at. From there, we get Riz Ahmed’s Carlton Drake talking about his vision of a new life, a new species, a higher life form. It even shows him experimenting on humans and combining them with the symbiotes.

From there the trailer is almost non-stop action with Brock and Venom taking on almost all comers. And when he’s not being violent, he’s threatening violence.

But Eddie Brock won’t be the only “higher life form” there are shots of others displaying their own symbiote powers including one woman who creates a sword like object.

There’s also a huge fight between Venom and another symbiote. In fact, you can see him tearing the Venom symbiote from Brock’s skin. However, the other symbiote begins unraveling too. It’s hard to tell who it is, but it appears to be Ahmed’s Carlton Drake.

And just when you think the trailer is coming to an end, there’s even some comedy added in as Venom interrogates a man who looks to be holding up a convenient store. Venom shows him no mercy as he appears to chomp down on him. But when Eddie Brock is back in human form, he tells the drug store clerk, “I have a parasite.” It had me laughing out loud.

This is the trailer we’ve been waiting for. If the movie can live up to this trailer it’s going to do very well in the box office and have some good legs.

Venom comes to theaters on October 5, 2018. What did you think of the trailer? Are you digging it?
