Avengers: Endgame Promos Will Only Reveal First 15-20 Minutes of Movie!

Kevin Feige took to the red carpet during the Golden Globes and he had quite a bit to say about his upcoming plans for the Marvel Cinematic Universe including what has been revealed and will be revealed in marketing for Avengers: Endgame.

Feige opened up to MTV News about how much of Avengers: Endgame will be revealed in the promotion of the film through trailers. When he was asked whether or not the rumor that the trailers and promotion for the film will only draw from the first 15-20 minutes of the film, Feige all but confirmed it.

“I’d call it somewhat accurate. As was the case with a lot of our films, this one, in particular, being able to generate a lot of excitement without giving away one of the many, many, many secrets. I think the Disney marketing team is the best in the world and we’ll be able to pull it off.”

Now, Feige is the master of giving an answer that really isn’t an answer, and it definitely looks like he’s doing that here with the use of his “somewhat accurate.”

One can speculate that Disney and Marvel Studios will be heavily drawing from the first 15 to 20 minutes of Avengers: Endgame while promoting the film, but it doesn’t mean they won’t be including clips from later on in the film.

In fact, directors Joe and Anthony Russo have hinted that the marketing team might have a bevy of awesome clips to draw from. They spoke to Empire Magazine teasing the film might actually clock in at 3 hours long.

“There’s a high probability that this movie will clock in at around three hours. It’s a big movie with a lot of story.”

And with so much content at their disposal, it might be hard for them to resist using some clips from later on in the movie, especially if they continue their tradition that started with [easyazon_link identifier=”B07CKK1LT3″ locale=”US” tag=”boundingintocomics-20″]Infinity War[/easyazon_link] of trying to keep the Endgame secrets close to the chest as possible before the movie actually hits theaters.

What do you make of Feige’s comments? Does it change up any ideas or theories you had from watching the first trailer?
