Warner Bros. just released their latest trailer for Godzilla: King of the Monsters titled “Beautiful.”

Here’s the official description for the movie:

“Following the global success of “Godzilla” and “Kong: Skull Island” comes the next chapter in Warner Bros. Pictures’ and Legendary Pictures’ cinematic Monsterverse: “Godzilla: King of the Monsters,” an epic action adventure that pits Godzilla against some of the most popular monsters in pop culture history.

The new story follows the heroic efforts of the crypto-zoological agency Monarch as its members face off against a battery of god-sized monsters, including the mighty Godzilla, who collides with Mothra, Rodan, and his ultimate nemesis, the three-headed King Ghidorah. When these ancient super-species—thought to be mere myths—rise again, they all vie for supremacy, leaving humanity’s very existence hanging in the balance.”

Godzilla: King of the Monsters was directed by Michael Dougherty based off a script written by Dougherty and Zach Shields.

The film stars Kyle Chandler, Vera Farmiga, Millie Bobby Brown, Bradley Whitford, Sally Hawkins, Charles Dance, Thomas Middleditch, Aisha Hinds, O’Shea Jackson Jr., Ken Watanbe, and Ziyi Zhang.

In an interview last July, Vera Farmiga described her character and her specific toolset, “I play a paleobiologist. She has figured out a way to communicate with the creatures and potentially control them using their bioacoustics on a sonar level. So she is like a DJ for the monsters.”

She would also described the film:

“And ‘Godzilla’ to me isn’t a film about monsters. It is a film about saving the environment. When it comes down to it that’s what emerged to me off the written page, and so I find that there has to be a little parable in it that makes me interested.”

Godzilla: King of the Monsters will hit theaters on May 31st.
