Game of Thrones: Daenerys’ Fate Revealed

The Game of Thrones Season 8 finale has arrived, and we’ve learned the fate of Daenerys Targaryen.
Daenerys conquered King’s Landing and instructed her Unsullied to butcher anyone who served under Cersei Lannister. Greyworm followed those orders by executing Lannister soldiers in the streets.
All of this came after Daenerys and her soldiers pillaged the city. While Daenerys flew on the back of Drogon she burned down everything including soldiers, women, the infirmed, children, and the elderly. Everyone in her path was burned down. And if you happened to avoid the wrath of Drogon, the Unsullied and the Northmen were there to butcher anyone in their path.
The destruction totally shocked Jon Snow. However, he remained loyal to Daenerys. That would soon change. After Daenerys had Tyrion arrested for treason, Snow meets with him and the two discuss what is best for the Seven Kingdom’s. The conversation really hits home with Jon Snow, and he goes to confront Daenerys, who is in the throne room.
While meeting with Daenerys, who is suspiciously by herself, Snow questions her on her method of rule, and what she plans to do in order to make the world good. Discovering that Daenerys intends to be a tyrant and will only enforce her will, Snow stabs her in the chest while the two are kissing.
And that’s how Daenerys Targaryen died. She dies at the hands of Jon Snow.
After her death, Drogon burns down the Iron Throne and then picks up Daenerys and carries her away, flying east.
Actress Emilia Clarke bid adieu to the role on Instagram. She wrote, “But to you, dear kind magical fans, I owe you so much thanks, for your steady gaze at what we’ve made and what I’ve done with a character that was already in the hearts of many before I slipped on the platinum wig of dreams. Without you there is no us. And now our watch has ended. ”
