Today’s cosplay of the day is Vampy as Mobile Suit Gundam Iron-Blooded Orphans Lafter Frankland.

Lafter Frankland is one of the characters from Mobile Suit Gundam Iron-Blooded Orphans. The television show aired in 2015 on Crunchyroll, Funimation, and Hulu. The show aired two seasons and concluded in April of 2017.
Lafter is part of the Teiwaz faction, which is Jupiter’s largest conglomerate and represents the Outer Sphere. She is specifically part of the Turbines, which was not only Teiwaz’s transport division, but the crew were also members of the Turbine family led by Naze Turbine.
Lafter typically pilots the STH-14s Hyakuri. However, she would also pilot a STH-05R Rouei. a STH-16 Shiden, and a STH-20 Hekija. Lafter is typically carefree and playful. However, when she gets inside the cockpit of a mobile suit she becomes ruthless.
During the Battle of Edmonton, Lafter is defeated by Graze Ein. However, she is able to survive and goes on to become an instructor for the Tekkadan forces. Lafter would be assassinated by one of Jasley Donomikols’ subordinates.
Lafter Frankland was voiced Yoko Hikasa. Cristina Valenzuela provided the English dub version.
