Crunchyroll Releases Fire Force Official Trailer – Shinra Must Save Tokyo From Burning to Ash!

Crunchyroll announced a brand new anime series coming to their streaming platform this summer, Fire Force.

Not only did they announce the series, but they also released an official trailer for the series. Check it out.

Fire Force will see a man named Shinra Kusakabe attempt to prevent Tokyo from burning to ash. The city is burning and citizens are mysteriously and spontaneously combusting all over the city and turning into beings called Infernals. The Fire Force is tasked to discover what is causing these fires and put them out. Shinra joins Company 8, a special team comprised of flame users in order to take on the Infernals. Shrina will use his devil’s footprints, his ability to ignite his feet at will, to prevent the city from turning to ash.

As Company 8 fights against the Infernals they will encounter a faction that is actually creating them. As Shinra continues to fight this faction he begins to learn about his past and the mysterious death of his family.
