Here’s What Ryan Gosling Could Look Like As Lex Luthor!

Graphic artist The Imaginative Hobbyist mocked up what actor Ryabn Gosling could look like as infamous Superman villain Lex Luthor.

The mock up comes after a recent rumor suggests Gosling could be in line for the role of Lex Luthor in an upcoming solo film featuring the iconic DC Comics villain.
Gosling might be known for his role as Noah in the film adaptation of Nicholas Spark’s The Notebook, but the actor has shown quite a bit of talent starring most recently as Neil Armstrong in First Man and taking on the role of ‘K’ in Blade Runner 2049. He’s also starred as Hercules in the TV show Young Hercules as well as The Big Short and Only God Forgives.
If Gosling is tapped to play Lex Luthor, he would join Gene Hackman, who portrayed Luthor in Superman: The Movie, Superman II and Superman IV: The Quest for Peace. Kevin Spacey would take on the role of Luthor in Superman Returns, and Jesse Eisenberg portrayed the villain in Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice.
On the small screen, Luthor has been portrayed by Scott James Wells and Sherman Howard in Superboy. John Shea portrayed the villain in Lois & Clark: The New Adventures of Superman. ANd maybe one of the best representations of the villain cames from Michael Rosenbaum in Smallville. Most recently, Jon Cryer has appeared as the villain on Supergirl.
In animation, Luthor is voiced by Clancy Brown in Superman: The Animated Series, Justice League, and Justice League Unlimited.
