The Office’s Rainn Wilson: The Biggest Threat to Americans is “Angry, White Men With Guns”

Rainn Wilson, best known for his portrayal of Dwight Schrute on The Office, responded to the two mass shootings over the weekend on Twitter by declaring that the biggest threat to America is “angry, white men with guns.”
Wilson responded to the news that 22 people were murdered at a Walmart by 21-year-old suspect Patrick Crusius,”Oh people of the great city of El Paso, my heart breaks for you. I can’t even imagine. America, WTF is wrong with us? Mass shootings a weekly event?! I’m speechless.”

Following reports Connor Stephen Biehl killed nine people including his sister and a companion as well as injuring 27 others in Dayton, Ohio, Rainn took to Twitter again. This time he stated, “When are we all going to admit that the biggest threat to Americans, terrorist or not, is ANGRY, WHITE MEN with guns?”

Wilson has remarked on racism in the United States previously. Back in June he took to Instagram to write, “Many folks are in denial about the extent to which racism exists in our country in 2019. Just ask a Black Person. They will tell you stories.”
