Cosplay of the Day: The Witcher’s Triss Merigold By Cerisia Cosplay

Triss Merigold is considered to be one of the greatest sorceresses in the world of The Witcher. Her fellow magic users call her the Fourteenth of the Hill since she was believed to have died during the Battle of Sodden Hill.
Triss was once the best friend of Yennefer of Vengeberg before her betrayal of the fellow sorceress. Like Yennefer, Triss was in love with Geralt of Rivia.

Triss was the first called by Geralt at Kaer Morhen to help him care for Ciri. Geralt choosing Trsiss offended Yennefer to a degree.
A skilled healer and magic-user, Triss found her talents with potions to be a thing of cosmic irony as she was allergic to them.
Today’s cosplay of the day comes from Cerisia Cosplay. Cerisia hails from Germany and is also a talented streamer.
As you can tell from the photos, Cerisia modeled her Triss after the Triss from The Witcher video games CD Projekt Red.
The bright colors brought out by the costume goes very well for a character who in the books and seemly in the games does a great deal to shield herself from the darkness that lives in the back of her mind.

The potion pouches that Triss carries hold some of the greatest tools to combat disease, poison, and injury.
Though known as a healer, Triss can also put up a fight with her knives and magic. She’s always ready to do harm to those who wish to harm her.
