Disney removed the ‘sexy’ Padme nose art scene from the latest Star Wars: The Clone Wars Episode “A Distant Echo.”
The scene, shared by Twitter user Jingoistic Pig shows Anakin, Rex, and the Bad Batch Clone Troopers boarding the Bad Batch’s ship.
The ship has a pin-up of Senator Amidala for their nose art reminiscent of World War II planes.

Anakin asks Hunter, “Hey! What’s with the nose art?” Hunter responds, “That’s our girl. The Naboo Senator. We check her out on the holoscans.” Wrecker adds, “Yea! She can negotiate with me anytime!”
Rex then tells Anakin, “Let’s get aboard.” Anakin responds, “That is not staying there.”
The scene originally appeared in the second episode of the Bad Batch arc when it was originally released back in 2015 during Star Wars Celebration on April 17th and subsequently on StarWars.com on April 29, 2015.

The scene does not appear in the “finalized” version of the episode that was released earlier today on Disney Plus. Instead the scene is replaced with one of Anakin covertly meeting with Padme where he discusses his troubles with the current siege on Anaxes and his fear that Rex is letting his personal feelings drive him too much on the mission.

Not only does the scene show Anakin meeting with Padme, but it reveals that Obi-Wan Kenobi knows of Anakin and Padme’s clandestine relationship. He questions Rex, who is standing guard outside Rex’s barracks while Anakin meets with Padme. And when Anakin exits the barracks Obi-Wan tells him, “I hope you at least told Padme that I said hello.”
The scene then cuts to the Bad Batch ship flying through space and we never see the nose art.
Interestingly enough, the nose art is shown, albeit obscured in Season 2 of Star Wars Rebels Episode 4 “Relics of the Old Republic.”
You can see it in on the wall on the far right of the below image.
No reason has been given as to why this nose art was removed from this episode or why the entire scene was replaced with one between Padme, Anakin, Rex, and Obi-Wan.
