Disney and Lucasfilm’s Firing Of Gina Carano Is Purely Political, They Employ Multiple People Who Regularly Attack Republicans, White People, And Israel

On February 10th a Disney spokesman reported to a number of Hollywood trade publications that The Mandalorian star Gina Carano had been fired from her role as Cara Dune on the show.
The spokesman stated, “Gina Carano is not currently employed by Lucasfilm and there are no plans for her to be in the future.”
As for the reason why she was fired, the spokesman explained, “Nevertheless, her social media posts denigrating people based on their cultural and religious identities are abhorrent and unacceptable.”

The firing came after political activists masquerading as entertainment consumers called for Carano to be fired over a social media post referencing Nazi Germany that warned of the dangers of hating your neighbor.
Specifically Carano shared to her Instagram Stories a screenshot from the warriorpriestgympodcast that read, “Jews were beaten in the streets, not by Nazi soldiers but by their neighbors…even by children.”
A quote accompanying an image of children with blunt weapons chasing down a woman in undress reads, “Because history is edited, most people today don’t realize that to get to the point where Nazi soldiers could easily round up thousands of Jews, the government first made their own neighbors hate them simply for being Jews. How is that any different from hating someone for their political views?”
The DiscussingFilm Twitter handle would expose itself as political activists when they led the charge to get Carano fired over this post.
They wrote, “#FireGinaCarano is trending worldwide on social media after Gina Carano shared a disgusting post that compared being a Republican to being a Jew during the Holocaust.”

There is absolutely nothing wrong with what Carano posted and she most definitely should not have been fired for it.
Regardless she was indeed fired for it. However, Lucasfilm and Disney employ people who have said much worse and they are still on the payroll.
As reported by Hollywood In Toto, The Eternals actor Kumail compared people who point out crimes committed by immigrants to Nazis back in 2018.
Nanjiana wrote, “I know there are a bunch of people upset at the Nazi comparisons, but the highlighting-crimes-by-immigrants move is literally what the Nazis did, with Jews instead of immigrants. A sure fire way to stop being compared to Nazis is to stop acting like them.”
In a follow-up tweet Nanjiani would write, “I studied Nazi Germany in college. The holocaust didn’t start overnight. There were 10 years of gradual changes that led to it. So read up about it. What I was stating actually had nothing to do with opinions. It’s a fact that Hitler focused on crimes by Jews.”
He added, “So, ironically, perhaps you should educated about Nazi Germany and the conditions that led to it.”

In another follow-up he would dismiss concerns about human trafficking, which U.S. Customs and Border Protection reports that “at any give time in 2016, an estimated 40.3 million people are in modern slavery, including 24.9 million in forced labor and 15.4 million in forced marriage.”
Nanjiani wrote in response to a user who brought up human trafficking, “You and I don’t have enough common ground as people to continue this conversation. We see people and the world in fundamentally different ways. Where you see ‘human trafficking’ I see people risking everything for better lives for themselves and their families.”
Nanjiani is not the only employee of Disney who has made abhorrent statements.
Pedro Pascal, who also stars in The Mandalorian, compared supporters of President Donald Trump to Nazis.
While he would eventually delete the post, he would double down on his opinion on Twitter.
He wrote, “Without restating the obvious you feel me about the MAGA hats right ?”
This isn’t a new comparison for Pascal either.
Back in 2018, Pascal posted to Twitter, “#ThisisAmerica.”
However, the image labeled “America, 2018” was actually taken in 2010 by Abed Al Haslamoun and published in the Los Angeles Times. The caption for the photo actually reveals, “Palestinian children wait to receive donated food at a soup kitchen.”

Lucasfilm also employs Krystina Arielle, who has called white people racist on multiple on occasions.
Not only do they still employ her, but the official Star Wars Twitter account posted in full support of her.
They wrote, “Our Star Wars community is one of hope and inclusivity. We do not stand for bullying and racism. We support Krystina Arielle.”
Given they caved to actual bullies on the internet and fired Gina Carano, the tweet is an obvious lie. But that was apparent when they posted in the first place given Arielle’s multiple racist tweets against white people.
Marvel Studios, a subsidiary of Disney, also employs Mark Ruffalo. He plays the Hulk in the Marvel Cinematic Universe.
Back in September 2020, he claimed the United States of America has “a nazi problem.”
The company also employs Saladin Ahmed through Marvel Comics. He’s currently writing Miles Morales: Spider-Man for the company.
Back in 2014, Ahmed tweeted, “If the rationale for bombing Iraq is ‘We can’t just do NOTHING!’ then why aren’t we bombing Israel?”
The Four Color Media Monitor also reported that Ahmed has tweeted, “Evangelical support of Israel is rooted in Antisemitic theology.”
In 2014, Ahmed also admitted to being an Israel-basher and a US-basher.
Disney through Marvel Studios also employs Don Cheadle. He will even star as War Machine in the recently announced Armor Wars series for Disney+.
Cheadle revealed back in April 2019, he wanted to kill President Donald Trump with the Infinity Gauntlet.
When asked who he would snap out of existence, Cheadle responded, “I think we all know. I’m on Twitter pretty heavily. Yeah. I’ve snapped [President Donald Trump] out a couple times.”
The Ms. Marvel showrunner Bisha K. Ali using her psuedonym Bee Kanval asked on Facebook, “Can we do internet conscription for men? You gotta enlist, buddy up with 1 troll each and teach them to keep their vile threats to themselves?”
She also wrote in another post, “I believe women can burn s*** to the ground and rebuild it into the anti capitalist utopia of science and art and compassion I (think) we’re all striving for.”
Marvel Comics’ new Black Panther writer has called Republicans “death profiteers.”
He wrote on Twitter, “white supremacists. sexual predators and their sympathizers. death profiteers. so, basically, the Republican Party.”
Disney’s Beauty and the Beast Producer Jack Morrissey wished a gruesome, horrible death on supporters of President Donald Trump.
He posted to Twitter, “#MAGAkids go screaming, hats first, into the woodchipper.”
This list is not exhaustive, but it gives you an idea of the people the company still employs despite their hateful rhetoric. Meanwhile, Gina Carano is fired for warning about what that type of hate can lead to you.
If it wasn’t clear already, Disney and its subsidiaries appear to not only employ hateful people, but are actively choosing to support it by keeping these individuals employed.
