Your gaming shelf – or rather the invisible one on your NVIDIA-based cloud – could get more cluttered.

Suspicious but potentially legit leaks are leaving the impression new DC games could be in development, especially a new Superman game, more Batman content, and the rumored Injustice 3.

Ighor July, an NVIDIA GeForce Now user, posted information of his unexpected findings in a Medium article explaining he “unlocked” a list of names for games allegedly in development.

July then took to Twitter and spread his arcane news far and wide.

This was only the beginning as SteamDB creator Pavel Djundik investigated the same information. He then made a searchable Github database of some files and names for a multitude of games.

Djundik updated his Twitter followers with a summary of his findings that includes Bioshock and Arkham Knight remasters as well as GTA 3, Vice City, and San Andreas remasters. He also cautioned the info could’ve been faked though without explaining how someone would pull that off.

“Here’s a big filtered list of all games on GFN that have no Steam appid (in their data),” Djundik said. “Some other things of note: Bioshock 2022, Bioshock RTX Remaster, Batman: Arkham Knight RTX Remaster, Mirror’s Edge RTX Remaster.”

He added, “THIS DATA MAY BE FAKE.

Cosmic Book News did their own digging and discovered listings for “existing games as well as potential new ones” such as Man of Steel, Batman: Arkham Knight, and Batman: Arkham Insurgency.

CBN warns these listings could be old or placeholders of some kind. For instance, “Man of Steel” may refer to a 2013 mobile game, and “Arkham Insurgency” is reminiscent of a leak that got out years ago, having little to support it.

The site is hopeful about a few entries, like Injustice 3 and MK12. “Other searches reveal Injustice 3 and Mortal Kombat 12, two games previously rumored to be in development that [are] most likely happening,” their coverage says.

They also point out an entry for “Suicide Squad vs Justice League” which we know is coming thanks to DC FanDome last year.

A NVIDIA spokesman addressed the leak in a statement provided to WCCFTech.

The spokesman stated, “NVIDIA is aware of an unauthorized published game list, with both released and/or speculative titles, used only for internal tracking and testing. Inclusion on the list is neither confirmation nor an announcement of any game.”

“NVIDIA took immediate action to remove access to the list. No confidential game builds or personal information were exposed,” the spokesman added.
