As part of his ongoing court trial regarding his alleged hate crime hoax, disgraced actor Jussie Smollett has admitted in court to being in a sexual relationship with Abimbola Osundairo, who happens to be one of the brothers who allegedly attacked the actor.

What’s more, the actor was seen partying with his attacker just days before the purportedly staged attack.

On Wednesday morning, the Empire actor stated in court that he and Abimbola had visited bathhouses together, where they engaged in sexual acts, disclosing that the alleged attacker and him had “made out” and “masturbated together.”

Interestingly, Abimbola Osundairo flat out denied the actor’s claims on the stand, clarifying that Smollett and him were only friends.

The two are seen in images shared by TMZ, where the pair can allegedly be seen partying together in July of 2018 at LiqrBox in Chicago and then, in September of the same year at the Joy District Chicago nightclub, just weeks before the alleged attack on the 29th of January, 2019.

TMZ also reports that Olabinjo Osundairo, Abimbola’s brother, is not shown in any pictures. This may be because, as according to Smollett’s testimony, Olabinjo “weirded him out as he got to know both of them. ”

Further, the day before, Smollet, who in February of 2020 was charged with six counts of disorderly conduct, took the stand where he was questioned by special prosecutor Dan Webb where the actor reportedly “snapped.”

According to reports, the The Mighty Ducks actor demanded Webb not to ask him “yes or no” questions, asserting that “he has scars on his face that will be there for the rest of his life” from the alleged attack.

The actor also admitted to initially not wanting to assume his attackers were white, opting to say that they were “pale skinned” instead because that was the right thing to do.

“I didn’t want to make the assumption that they were white,” Smollett claimed, adding, “So I said let me change that and just say that they were pale skinned” because it was the “responsible” thing to do. He further elaborated, “They could’ve been a white person, they could have been a pale someone else.”

Smollett also attempted to justify the “dry run” of the attack he and the Osundairo brothers allegedly did by claiming it was just them getting “stoned” and nothing more.

Last week, on the first day of the trial, Abimbola Osundairo revealed that Smollett allegedly paid him to help the Empire actor orchestrate the hate crime. In return, the actor agreed to help Osundairo advance his career.

Osundairo told CBS Chicago that he “agreed to do it most importantly because I felt indebted to Jussie,” explaining that “[Smollett] also got me a stand-in role on Empire and I believed he could further my acting career.”

On Wednesday, however, Smollet denied Osundairo’s claims, declaring that he paid Abimbola the sum of $3500 for “nutritional plans and exercise guidance,” not to help him commit the supposed hoax.

Making matters worse, the hypocrite actor reportedly scolded special prosecutor Dan Webb, a white man, for using the N-word whilst reading the texts that Smollett had sent to Abimbola Osundairo, telling him not to use the aforementioned word “out of respect for every African American in the room.”

Quite hypocritical, indeed, when Smollett is currently on trial for allegedly staging an attack and claiming that his assailants were white Donald Trump supporters sporting MAGA hats who shouted “This is MAGA country” and then proceeded to attack him both verbally and physically.

According to reports, Smollett made repeated use of the N-word in the text messages he and Osundairo exchanged. One of them, sent to Abimbola just hours after alleged staged attack and referring to the delay of his flight from New York, “N***** this is brutal.”

Another text message from Smollett read “N***** finally made it,” letting Osundairo know that he had finally arrived at his destination.
