In January of 2020, Shaun Weiss was arrested for residential burglary after breaking into a car in a garage while under the influence of methamphetamine, which actually followed two other arrests; one for public intoxication and one for shoplifting in August and December of 2018, respectively.

According to a statement issued by Marysville Police Department, “The homeowner said he was the only person that lived at this residence and no one had permission to be inside,” specifying that “Officers noticed shattered glass on the ground and observed that the passenger window to the vehicle was broken.”

The statement continued, “Officers ordered the male out of the vehicle and took him into custody,” later being identified as the former child star through his California Driver’s License.
