It’s like Cars but with Batman villains instead of Owen Wilson, and ahead of its Cartoon Network premiere, a leak related to the upcoming Batwheels animated series has treated audiences to their first glimpses at the series’ full roster of villains and their anthropomorphic vehicles.

Thanks to a leak shared to the /r/DCEUleaks subreddit on May 19th, fans can lay eyes on the Batwheels redesigns for Joker, Harley Quinn, Catwoman, Mr. Freeze, Toyman, the Riddler, and the Penguin.

As some may have noticed, Toyman appears to be a bit of an outlier, as the genius inventor is usually a Superman villain.

However, the madman’s playful demeanor, certifiable as he is, along with the Music Meister-esque appearance bestowed upon him by his large mouth and googles should help him fit right into the show’s concept.

According to The Hollywood Reporter, the Joker will be voiced by Mick Wingert (Vigilante’s voice, Arrow), Harley Quinn by Chandi Parekh (Jenny, Big Nate), Catwoman by Gina Rodriguez (Jane Villanueva, Jane the Virgin), Mr. Freeze by Regi Davis (Lance, She-Ra and the Princesses of Power), Toyman by James Arnold Taylor (Tidus, Final Fantasy X), the Riddler by Sungwon Cho (Hwang Seong-gyeong, Soul Calibur VI) amd the Penguin by Jess Harnell (Wakko Warner, Animaniacs).

The second image presents the villain’s talking cars – Joker’s van Prank, Harley’s ATV Jetstah, Riddler’s copter Quizz, Penguin’s particularly familiar-looking boat Ducky, and Mr. Freeze’s Snowy the Snowcrawler – who together make up the Legion of Zoom.

The voice cast for these wheeled ne’er-do-wells will see Prank brought to life by Griffin Burns (Vinegar Doppio, JoJo’s Bizarre Adventure Part 4: Diamond is Unbreakable), Jetstah by newcomer Alexandra Novelle, Quizz by Josey Montana McCoy (Kaeya, Genshin Impact), Ducky by Ariyan Kassam (Clark, Great Pretender), and Snowy by Xolo Mariduena (Jamie Reyes, Blue Beetle).

Rounding out the cast is Ethan Hawke (Arthur Harrow, Moon Knight) as Batman, Jacob Bertrand (Hawk, Cobra Kai) as Bam the Batmobile, AJ Hudson (Jace, Barbie Dreamtopia) as Duke Thomas, the aforementioned Cho pulling double duty as the series’ new malicious electronic villain Badcomputer, and Tom Kenny (Sponebob Squarepants himself) as his little minion Crash.

The mind responsible for this different take on the Dark Knight is Doc McStuffins creator Michael G. Stern, who also serves as the series’ co-executive producer alongside DC Animation’s Sam Register.

Aimed at kids roughly between the ages of 2- and 6-years old, Batwheels will air this fall on Cartoon Network as a part of the channel’s preschool-oriented Cartoonito programming block.
