This latest update in the ongoing saga of the non-binary-identifying actor’s descent into madness was first reported on June 23rd by Rolling Stone, who claim to have learned of the living arrangement after two sources close to the situation reached out to the entertainment news outlet to voice their concerns about the safety of the woman’s children, the three of whom are between one- and five-years old.

As relayed by Rolling Stone, the two sources alleged that the property is “a chaotic environment that is unsafe for children,” namely due to numerous amount of unsecured firearms reportedly scattered throughout.

One source even purported to have seen the woman’s one-year-old daughter pick a loose bullet off of the ground and proceed to put it in her mouth.

A video provided by the sources in support of their claims, as reviewed by Rolling Stone, reportedly shows “at least eight assault weapons rifles, and handguns lying around the living room, with some weapons propped up next to a pile of stuffed animals.”

Further, the pair told Rolling Stone that the children were regularly exposed to marijuana smoke, asserting that Miller’s cannabis use was both “frequent and heavy” and done without proper ventilation consideration.

Not only that, but the outlet also learned that Miller has a “sizable cannabis farm” on the property – which according to a review of the social media pages belonging to the actor’s handyman and cannabis company upstart partner Whitney Suters currently holds more plants than the state’s two-mature-and-four-immature plant limits for citizens – despite not being among the state’s 25 licensed cultivators who are allowed to grow that much product.

However, the mother herself has denied the claims that her family is any sort of danger.

Personally speaking to Rolling Stone, the mother explained that the actor’s farm allowed her a place to take refuge from a “violent and abusive ex,” adding that Miller “helped me finally … have a safe environment for my three very young children.”

“[Miller’s] home ranch has been a healing haven for us,” she said. “They may have firearms for self-defense purposes and they are stored in a part of the house that the children never go in… My kids are able to relax more into their healing because of the safety and nurturing Ezra has been providing for them.”

The family are said to have arrived on Miller’s farm in April, flying to the mainland from Hawaii with the assistance of the actor but without the knowledge of their father.

Alleging that he has been unable to see his children ever since they arrived on the farm, the father told Rolling Stone, “I got a bad feeling in my stomach.”

“I do want to get my kids,” he said. “They mean the f—ing world to me.”

To that end, the father informed Rolling Stone that he has been trying to have his children removed from the unsafe environment since April, where after supposedly learning of the aforementioned unrestricted presence of firearms and drugs on the farm, he reached out to the Vermont’s Department for Children and Families for assistance – though ultimately to no avail.

According to text messages reviewed by Rolling Stone, following a May 16th wellness check, a Vermont social work informed the father that everything was fine and the children “looked good”, but conceded that there was “more work to do”.

It is unknown whether or not the DCF ever conducted a follow-up visit.

As per legal documents obtained by Rolling Stone, the two parents have been engaged in a bitter court battle for some time, beginning in May 2021 when the mother took legal action against the father in regards to one case of domestic abuse and one related to paternity.

These allegations were denied by the father, and the former case was thrown out after neither of the two appeared in court.

Meanwhile, the paternity case has been put on hold due to the court’s inability to serve the father.

Most recently, in April, the father filed a currently-pending domestic case against the mother concerning her relocating of their children to Vermont.

As of writing, Miller has yet to comment on either these latest allegations – or, for that matter, any of those which have been leveled against him in the weeks following his Hawaiian rampage.
