Comic Book Preview: Spring-Heeled Jack
In Victorian-era London, a series of murders in which the victims are mutilated and burnt have led to rumours of a clawed demon named Spring-Heeled Jack. Police are stumped by the murders and call in a young Arthur Conan Doyle to act as consulting detective. After his investigation turns up nothing useful, he requests the assistance of his mentor Joseph Bell, an aloof but brilliant investigative mind, to take over the case.
