GoFundMe Launched by Fandom Menace to Celebrate the Life of ThatStarWarsGirl’s Sister Ellen

The Fandom Menace has launched a GoFundMe campaign to celebrate the life of ThatStarWarsGirl’s sister Ellen.

The campaign was created by Siobhan Frederick, the Geeks and Gamers Community Manager who writes:

“Ellen was 22 years old when she passed away. We still don’t have all the details on what happened. The family needs your help in this difficult time. Thank you in advance for respecting their privacy and for supporting them.”

ThatStarWarsGirl’s sister Ellen was reported missing on June 25th and had not been seen since June 23rd.

ThatStarWarsGirl would sadly report that her sister Ellen had passed away on June 30th.

Following the sad news, Jeremy from Geeks and Gamers announced he would be setting up the GoFundMe campaign for ThatStarWarsGirl and her family.

A number of members of the Fandom Menace would express their condolences and promote the GoFundMe.

And there were many others who expressed their condolences.

The GoFundMe has currently raised nearly $26,000 in less than 24 hours.

In fact, Jeremy from Geeks and Gamers reported the GoFundMe reached its goal in less than 5 hours.

From everyone at Bounding Into Comics, we offer our own condolences to ThatStarWarsGirl’s family, and I personally am praying for her and her family as they go through this tough time.
