An alleged teaser trailer for Margot Robbie’s Birds of Prey appears to have leaked online.

The clip is only 39 seconds long and the first 10 seconds show off the Warner Bros. and DC logos with a number of red balloons taking over the screen as it transitions into the teaser clip.

Take a look:

The clip shows Robbie’s Harley Quinn walking towards the camera and swings her hammer popping one of the balloons. She states, “I’m so freaking over clowns.”

The teaser then kicks into high gear with action shots of Huntress and Black Canary.

After those action shots, we get a look at Ewan McGregor’s Black Mask in a night club. In the background, Black Canary appears to be singing.

The teaser trailer then transitions to a number of action scenes that appear to take place in some kind of carnival attraction. Harley is whacking people with her hammer as someone approaches her from behind with a knife.

The next clip shows Black Canary and Huntress teaming up in what appears to be some kind of abandoned warehouse.

The teaser clip ends with Harley Quinn winking at the camera.

There’s really not much to go on. It’s just a hodgepodge of action scenes. We don’t really get any idea of what the story could be about or get to really know any of the characters.

In fact, the only dialogue we get is from Harley indicating she’s not into clowns any more, which appears to be a shot at both Joker and the upcoming It: Chapter Two film given the red balloons. Color me unimpressed at this point, but I’m still interested in seeing a full trailer.

What do you make of this alleged teaser clip? Does it look interesting?
