Transformers and Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles star Megan Fox appeared on The Talk to explain why her son wears dresses.

Fox had previously posted a photo of one of her sons wearing dresses back on Instagram back in 2017.

She appeared on The Talk and explained why her one son, Noah, wears dresses.

Fox would begin by discussing her son Noah’s interest in fashion with Sharon Osbourne, “He does. He designs and draws outfits. And then when I do fittings… Yea he’s very talented. But he’s still six so… When I do fittings, like I did one recently, I had this very beautiful yellow dress on and he kept draping it in a way if we do it like this it looks like a diaper. And I was like, ‘Diaper that’s not what we are going for…But maybe next time.” (Related: 5 Reasons Megan Fox Should Be Zatanna in the DC Extended Universe!)

Fox continues, “He’s really into fashion. Sometimes he’ll dress himself and he likes to wear dresses sometimes.”

She then reveals that his classmates tell him that boys don’t wear pink and don’t wear dresses, “And I send him to a really liberal hippie school, but even there here in California he still has little boys going ‘Boys don’t wear dresses’ or ‘Boys don’t wear pink.’ We’re going through that now where we are teaching him to be confident no matter what anyone else says.”

Fox concludes, “He had stopped wearing dresses for awhile. He just wore one two days ago to school and he came home and I asked, ‘How was it? Did any of the friends at school have anything to say?’ He was like, ‘All the boys laughed when I came in, but I don’t care I love dresses too much.'” (Related: Megan Fox’s New Photoshoot Could be Preparing her for Rumored Poison Ivy Role!)

Megan Fox’s husband, Brian Austin Green, defended his son wearing dresses back in 2017 in an interview with Hollywood Pipeline’s Dax Holt.

Green stated, “My son, you know, he’s 4. I’ve heard from some people that they don’t agree with him wearing dresses. To them I say, I don’t care. He’s 4, and if he wants to wear it, then he wears it.”

Green added, “It’s dresses or goggles or slippers or whatever. It’s his life, they’re not my clothes. I feel like at 4 or at 5, that’s a time when he should be having fun. He’s not harming anyone wearing a dress. So if he wants to wear a dress, awesome.”

Fox can be seen on the big screen in the James Franco upcoming directed comedy Zeroville, which hits theaters on September 27th. She recently played Juliana in Above the Shadows which premiered back in July. She also has a number of other films in the works including Big Gold Brick, Think Like a Dog, The Battle of Jangsari, and Naya Legend of the Golden Dolphin.
