Demon Slayer

Aguilar’s credits include the recently released Pokemon Masters mobile game. Fate/Apocrypha fans will know him as Sieg. He also voiced Genos in One Punch Man and Koichi Hirose in JoJo’s Bizarre Adventure.

Abby Trott previously voiced Ivy in the Carmen Sandiego series. She voiced Annette in the recently released Fire Emblem: Three Houses video game. She also voiced Windblade in Transformers: Power of the Primes and Veronica Liones in The Seven Deadly Sins.

Aleks Le voices Brendan in Pokemon Masters and Akira Howard in Astral Chain. He also voiced Alexis Deux in Record Grancrest War and Ethan in OC Chronicles.

Bryce Papenbrook has pretty much done it all. He  voices Eren Jaeger on Attack on Titan as well as Daisuke on Revisions. He’s provided the voice to Kirito on Sword Art Online as well as Meliodas on The Seven Deadly Sins. He’s also voiced Yo Shindo on My Hero Academia. In Boruto: Naruto Next Generations he voices Kagura Karatchi. He also voiced Kaito in Ajin and Eugene Seven Stark in Mobile Suit Gundam: Iron-Blooded Orphans.

Johnny Yong Bosch voices Zora in Black Clover. He provided his voice to Iron Fist in Marvel Ultimate Alliance 3: The Black Order. He plays Doyle in Baki and Minatsuki in B: The Beginning. He also gave voice to Ryogi in Boruto: Naruto Next Generations. He also stared as Kei Nagai and Takeshi Kotobuki in Ajin. Maybe his most famous role is Ichigo Kurosaki in Bleach.

Finally, Brook Chalmers work includes voice work on Trollhunters: Tales of Arcadia as Rot, a space ranger, and a security guard. He’s also done work on DreamWorks Dragons and Dragons: Race to the Edge.

They’ve definitely gone out and got some well-established voice actors for the series.

Here’s the official description of the show from Aniplex:

“It is the Taisho Period in Japan. Tanjiro, a kindhearted boy who sells charcoal for a living, finds his family slaughtered by a demon. To make matters worse, his younger sister Nezuko, the sole survivor, has been transformed into a demon herself.

Though devastated by this grim reality, Tanjiro resolves to become a “demon slayer” so that he can turn his sister back into a human, and kill the demon that massacred his family. A sorrowful tale of siblings in which the fates of humans and demons intertwine…begins now!”

Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba premieres on Toonami on October 12th at 1:30 AM. Will you be tuning in? What do you make of the English dub trailer?
