Rumor: Robert Pattinson’s The Batman Could Feature a Catwoman of Color or Mixed Race

Kravitz had been part of rumors surrounding Batman that director Matt Reeves was looking for an actress similar to Kravitz to play Catwoman. That rumor from Heroic Hollywood inidicated Kravitz was actually unavailable for the role due to her schedule, but Reeves and Warner Bros. were looking for a black or biracial actress.

If the reports are true that Kravitz is the next Catwoman, it appears either the rumor got it wrong on her schedule, or she reworked it in order to make Catwoman work.

Kravitz is no stranger to Catwoman. She voiced the character in The Lego Batman Movie. She’s also no stranger to playing superheroes. She previously played Angel Salvadore in X-Men: First Class. She also played Leta Lestrange in Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them.
