Dragon Ball Super: Broly and JoJo’s Bizarre Adventure: Diamond Is Unbreakable voice actor Vic Mignogna is allegedly set to appeal the rulings which dismissed all causes of action in the defamation lawsuit brought by Mignogna against Funimation, Jamie Marchi, Monica Rial and Ron Toye.

The announcement of Mignogna’s intent to appeal comes from lawyer and host of the YouTube channel Rekieta Law, Nick Rekieta.

Rekieta states:

“Mr. Mignogna, I’m told, is going to appeal every single dismissed cause of action. So, appeals are coming. They should be coming very soon. At the time of the recording of this video, I believe there’s something like ten or eleven days left to file that appeal, so we should see a document soon.”
