According to recently filed documents in the case of Avengers: Endgame and Mission Impossible – Rogue Nation star Jeremy Renner’s ongoing custody battle with his ex-wife, model Sonni Pacheco, a nanny and a friend of Renner’s for the couple corroborated Pacheco’s claim that Renner attempted suicide. While Renner has claimed that Pacheco routinely sent nude photos of Renner to lawyers and evaluators in an attempt to embarrass him.

Earlier this month, Pacheco stated that, on the night of November 15th, 2018, Renner “put a gun in his mouth threatened to kill himself, and fired the gun into the ceiling while [his daughter] was asleep in her bedroom.”

In filings recently obtained by celebrity news outlet Radar Online, this claim was supported by two separate individuals who claim to have been present on the night of the alleged incident.

The first was Lily Faget, a friend of Renner who claims that she was sitting “six to ten inches away” from Renner when he fired the gun and that Renner was in a “bad state of mind.”

“He told me that [Pacheco] is unstable, bleeding him dry, and trying to ruin his life. Respondent then grabbed his car keys and said, ‘I’m going to blow my brains out.”

“He showed me that it was a real gun and he cocked the gun. As he was talking he [waved] the gun around and he stuck it in his mouth a few times.”

The second alleged witness who corroborated this story was Renner’s nanny, Naomi Moore. Moore claims that Renner informed her that he “just had this loaded gun in my mouth” before Moore left the room and heard a “loud crack.”

“My first instinct was not to move any closer as [Renner] appeared very drunk and had a gun in his hand.”

Moore also claims that Renner returned to her room to antagonize her, asking her:

“Do you think if my blood and brains are all over my bedroom floor, do you think you would be living this lifestyle in this mansion?”

In response to these new witnesses and their allegations, Renner’s representative released a statement stating that the allegations are “a one-sided account made with a specific goal in mind.”

“The well-being of his daughter Ava has always been and continues to be the primary focus for Jeremy. This is a matter for the court to decide. It’s important to note the dramatizations made in Sonni’s declaration are a one-sided account made with a specific goal in mind.”

A separate filing by Renner also alleges that Pacheco had recruited Moore “to make false allegations.”

“In August 2019, [Pacheco] again ‘recruited’ a nanny of mine to make false allegations against me, but this time, the woman had been recently fired and had stolen Ava’s dogs, so she was apparently more happy to lie about me to Sonni.”

However, Renner has not remained silent. As TMZ reports he recently accused Pacheco of sending uncensored nude images of him to their custody evaluator.

Legal documents obtained by TMZ detail that Renner accused Pacheco of sending the nudes to their lawyers and the evaluator “for no other purpose than to cause me extreme embarrassment.”

He also claims Pacheco threatened to sell the photos to the media, and that she did not send the nude images she took of herself that would add context to Renner’s nudes.

Renner also claims that Pacheco obtained risqué images of the nanny and sent those to the teams as well.

Renner also claims that Pacheco is obsessed with sex, including the sex lives of those around the couple. To this end, Renner alleges that this obsession is expressed through Pacheco’s sculpture work, which regularly features sexually explicit and, according to the actor, “disturbing” subject matter.

Renner stated in filed documents that he is concerned that Pacheco is “exposing Ava to such dark, graphic, sexual material on a daily basis.”
