Aquaman Star Jason Momoa’s Plane Had to Make Emergency Landing After Reported Engine Fire

Aquaman star Jason Momoa revealed his plane had to make an emergency landing after there was a reported engine fire.

Momoa updated his followers in an Instagram Story post saying, “We got ourselves a slight delay – half an hour out in Palm Springs and the plane wanted to start a fire.” He added, “So yeah, good ole’ fire department, gotta love ’em,” he added as he panned over fire trucks on the tarmac. “Looks like we’re driving!”

He would take to Instagram again to let the world know that “we are safe and happy.” He also confirmed “the plane failed.”

As is typical of Momoa, he made light of the situation writing, “Not[e] to self, dirtbags and savages shouldn’t ride private planes, but the Harley runs perfect.”

He also updates his fans that he’s “building my dream bike with Love Cycles.”

Momoa would pose with a firefighter from the Palm Springs Fire Department that responded to the reported engine fire. They updated the public on the situation noting that the fire “turned out to be a false alarm but the ARFF lads were on the ready.”

Not only is Momoa building his own motorcycle with the help of Love Cycles, but he also indicated he’ll be doing some shooting with his brothers under his film production company On The Roam. Momoa didn’t provide any details on what exactly he’s shooting.

It’s a good thing the firefighters were there and ready for duty in case there was an actual fire.

I’m glad Momoa is safe and he took his time to thank the first responders who were ready to save him and his friends!
