Fan Discovers Boom Mic in Latest Episode of The Mandalorian Directed by Bryce Dallas Howard
An eagle eyed Star Wars fan discovered a boom mic in the latest episode of The Mandalorian directed by Bryce Dallas Howard.

YouTuber Hulkules 187 posted a video showing the boom mic in the fourth episode of The Mandalorian titled Sanctuary.
As you can see in the video above, he points out the boom mic at around the 16:37 mark.
It takes place while Pedro Pascal’s Mandalorian armored character is discussing when he first put the armor and helmet on with Julia Jones’ Omera.
It’s not the first time a boom microphone operator has had themselves or their equipment show up during a TV episode.
In an episode of the X-Files a boom operator is seen in the entire shot.

In fact, this mistake pales in comparison to the numerous mistakes made in Game of Thrones during its final episodes of Season 8.

A cameraman appeared in Episode 5 “The Bells” as battle waged around him.

In the episode’s season finale, Game of Thrones viewers discovered multiple water bottles beneath the actor’s chairs.
