New Evidence Reveals When The First The Batman Teaser Will Arrive

Evidence has surfaced there may be a teaser for Matt Reeves’ The Batman debuting at the online convention DC FanDome happening later this month.

The hint of a teaser came from an Instagram post by Russian voice actor Alexander (or Aleksandr) Gavrilin who dubs Robert Pattinson’s lines.

Gavrilin put up and took down an image indicating there will be a teaser.

Showing part of what appears to be either a call sheet or industrial VO copy displaying the words “James Gordon” and “Batman teaser” in Russian, a screenshot found its way to Twitter.

According to Cosmic Book News, Gavrilin would know about a forthcoming teaser because he probably did some dubbing for it. That would mean, likewise, he’d be obligated to not talk about it – hence the deletion of his post.

Gavrilin’s Instagram bio says he’s already done some dubbing for comic book movies, including Loki for Marvel. It also says he dubbed Robert Pattinson’s voice previously when the actor played Edward Cullen in the Twilight movies.

Matt Reeves tweeted the FanDome trailer Friday morning saying he would share something concerning The Batman at the event but didn’t clarify it will be a teaser.

CBN predicts Reeves doesn’t have a lot of footage so The Batman’s teaser will be short, containing behind-the-scenes and promo images.

Cameras should roll again on the film very soon but the whole production is rumored to move indoors.
