Former WWE Superstar Elias Promotes The Gospel Of Christianity Following His Release From The Company
It seems like this former WWE Superstar went from wanting people to walk with him to walking with the prophet Elijah in the steps of the Messiah.

The Superstar formerly known as Elias (nee Samson), who now goes by the ring name Elijah, was one of WWE’s brightest stars in his nearly 10-year run with the company. Elijah’s work in the ring, on the mic, and with a guitar won him a huge fanbase over the few years he worked there.
However, his WWE run came to an abrupt end when he was released from the company back in September in a round of roster cuts that weren’t uncommon under Vince McMahon’s iron hand.
Elijah stayed pretty quiet while waiting for his 90-day no-complete clause to expire, but now he is officially removed from the chains of the Federation, and he is using his platform to preach the gospel of Jesus Christ.
That’s something that might have been frowned upon by his previous employer. Nevertheless, the real-life Jeffrey Sciullo has always been an outspoken Christian and entitled his 2020 album Universal Truth which features his hit song “Amen.”
Sciullo now uses his platform on TikTok along with his 176k followers to focus less on pro wrestling and more on promoting Biblical truth. He went there recently to present his followers with the ”Good News” – that is to say the Gospel of Jesus.
“The Good News of the Gospel is Jesus. We need to make a big deal about what went down on the cross. We need to see everything through the lens of the finished work on the cross. You know, that event that split human history in half. So we know that God entered into fallen humanity. The Word becomes Flesh.” he said.
Elijah continued explaining the Gospel this way. “He lived among us,” he added. “He lived a perfect life. He was crucified, and he was buried. On the third day, he rose again, and then he ascended into heaven. So this is amazing because he died for the forgiveness of sins.”
Elijah wants his followers to know that his profession of Christ is not a one-off and he further explained the Bible’s teachings of Salvation through faith and the grace of God and goes in-depth into the teachings of Paul as written in the Epistles.
Elijah makes it clear that he wants to use his platform to share God’s love and give peace to those soul-searching for that Good News of the Gospel.

Many have come before him and worn their faith on their sleeve – from Shawn Michaels to The Undertaker – but the world of pro wrestling is not as friendly to Christianity or pro-Christian views as you may think.
Historically, the most devout wrestling fans have been linked to southern crowds representing the Bible Belt of America but that old-school ‘rasslin’ fanbase has been absent for decades. Some blame McMahon, but regardless, the modern audiences emanate from hubs such as Chicago, Philadelphia, and New York City.
This has led to a creep of pro wrestling adopting a more Progressive left-wing fan base over the last couple of decades, which has caused woke ideology to trickle into the locker room, and throughout its presentation, as well.
As we have covered previously, former AEW star CM Punk, who is now back with the WWE, is known for his bombastic takes on religious individuals.
Two years ago, Punk took to Instagram to slam his opposition that supports the overturning of Roe v Wade as “Elite, Rich, White, Terrorist Religious Fascists” while wearing a shirt on AEW television promoting abortion stating “Get your own, then tell it what to do” referring to a woman’s uterus and the act of terminating a child.
Many pro wrestlers in the industry share Punk’s opinion. When Knox County Mayor Glenn “Kane” Jacobs wrote on Twitter in support of the SCOTUS decision to overturn Roe, pro wrestlers from multiple promotions responded with vitriol and anger towards the star including big names within the WWE.
WWE wrestler Titus O’Neil posted “Please not lose sight of the fact that most of those people that refer to the Bible to justify their position…their Ancestors were also slaveowners and rapists themselves…. And they used the Bible to justify that evil too”
WWE wrestler Becky Lynch responded to a tweet from former wrestler Gunner who criticized her for supporting abortion, after recently giving birth to a child.
She responded saying, “Yes. I chose to be a mother. To a daughter. That I could safely deliver and afford to raise. A daughter who deserves autonomy over her own body. Banning abortions doesn’t stop them. It stops safe ones. God bless you, your ignorance and lack of uterus.”
Impact Wrestling Star Rosemary had a much more hostile response calling for the abolition of Christian values. “Abolish Christianity. Then you’ll see. They were never doing any of this for any deity. They wanted to be the deity. This is their demand of sacrifice,” she wrote.
In an industry that has certainly become more tolerant of the tenets of Satanism and the Occult as WWE’s promotion of Blxckmass Clothing demonstrates, it takes a brave man or woman to take a stand for Biblical truth knowing it could lead to that individual being blacklisted by the modern wrestling industry.
