Teen Titans Go! Gets Roasted After Response to Deadpool 2’s Ryan Reynolds Pot Shots Against DC Films
Teen Titans Go! to the Movies fired back at Ryan Reynolds’ Deadpool after he took some pot shot against DC Films in the latest Deadpool 2 trailer.
Hey @VancityReynolds, caught your new @deadpoolmovie trailer. Never forget – before you became a @Marvel character, you were a part of the @DCComics universe. #TeenTitansGOMovie pic.twitter.com/vmrBms0I8h

However, their response opened them up to getting roasted which fans surely did.
I guess you forgot he was in Blade Trinity and he was Wade Wilson in Origins Wolverine… Both are technically Marvel and both were before Green Lantern…

Was that supposed to be a comeback? pic.twitter.com/AfTFqoZ7F0

I wouldn’t throw stones while you’re in a glass house, TTG.

Blade Trinity (2004 Marvel)
X-Men Origins Wolverine (2009 Marvel)

He was with Marvel 1st. C’mon nerds know your stuff.

too bad dc hasn’t been able to make a good movie or TV show since Christopher nolan’s batman

What are you trying to do here….
Trolling your own studio’s film?!?
He already roasted you red and now get roasted black for not getting your facts straight. Wolverine origins was actually before green lantern?— Naren Babu (@narenxx1v) April 20, 2018
So basically you guys are saying “Hey Ryan, don’t forget before you were successful with Marvel you were shit with us!”
— Patrick Mosley (@patrickmosley17) April 20, 2018
I don’t think he did. pic.twitter.com/NRVYsWWhYW

How could he forget? It was probably one of his biggest regrets! “Don’t make the super suit green or animated!” Or did you forget? Plus Wolverine Origins and Blade.

He remembers. ? pic.twitter.com/h0SzKDVEcR

Aren’t you technically taking a shot at yourself too for that shitty movie?
— Alex Townsend (@Alex_townsend16) April 20, 2018
Yeah, and how’d THAT work out for @DCComics? I dont remember hearing anything about #GreenLantern2 hitting theaters anytime soon… Im pretty sure when I bought my tickets for #Deadpool2 that it was almost #SoldOut Just the US sales of #Deadpool beat #GreenLantern‘s GLOBAL Total.
— Dustin J Ardouin (@DJardouin) April 20, 2018
Never forget xmen origins lmao

If you watch the new DP2 trailer he cuts Cable’s bullets like he did in Origins pic.twitter.com/PKWwJ6E2X0

Uh as others have pointed out not only has Reynolds been in Marvel movies BEFORE DC movies but even made fun of that as well. “Don’t make the super suit green, or animated” so decent attempt at a joke but doesn’t really work as one… like a lot of TTG actually heh heh.
— Michael Hurt (@NeoUltraMike) April 20, 2018
Deadpool nor Ryan Reynolds has responded yet, but there probably isn’t a need to respond because the fans did the roasting for them!
Deadpool 2 hits theaters on May 18, 2018. Teen Titans Go! to the Movies is expected to hit theaters on July 27, 2018.
