As we reported earlier this month, long-time writer of Robyn Hood, Pat Shand, will be stepping down with the release of the Robyn Hood 2016 Annual.

However, Robyn Hood’s journey will not end with this special issue. A new creative team will take the helm of the book. Zenescope is tapping Lou Iovino for writing duties, David Lorenzo Riveiro for art duties, and Grostieta will be the colorist.

This creative team’s first issue, Robyn Hood: I Love NY #1 will debut this June. It is the first in a twelve part mini-series. Robyn will be on her own for the first time in years. She will return to what she knows and loves by taking cases that pay little and make her life a living hell. She will face new villains and take on new adventures. Zenescope promises this series will give us give a Robyn story we’ve never seen before!

Robyn Hood: I Love NY #1 will feature covers from David Lorenzo Riveiro, Jarreau Wimberly, David Nakayama, Mike Mahle, Richard Ortiz and more.
