Ever since Huge Jackman hung up his claws after the release of Logan, fans have been itching to find a way to bring him back. I mean after that amazing performance who wouldn’t want an encore? Well if Ryan Reynolds has his way we could see a team-up movie happen!

For years, Ryan Reynolds has joked and poked fun at the Wolverine star and teased the prospect of a team up. They both often hassle each other online to the delight of their fanbases.

Speaking to Entertainment Weekly Ryan Reynolds went on to talk about the possible crossover movie and what it would take to make it happen.

I want Deadpool and Wolverine in a movie together. What we’re gonna have to do is convince Hugh. If anything, I’m going to need to do what I can to get my internet friends back on board to help rally another cause down the line.

Ryan Reynolds already has an idea in mind if he can get Jackman on board.

Now that sounds like one heck of a hilarious movie. I’m thinking Dodgeball, but with Deadpool and Wolverine on opposing volleyball teams until Cable shows up. The two then combine their teams in order to prevent Cable from obtaining the Mutant Navy Volleyball World Cup!  There will have to be cuts made so Cyclops probably won’t make the combined team, even if he is right. Maybe Cable even recruits Cyclops to his team after he gets cut to make the odds even greater!

It’s clear Ryan Reynolds needs Hugh Jackman on board to make this movie a go. It’s definitely possible and Jackman did hint he might return to the character. If we get out there and do some ground work, we might be able to convince Hugh to become the Wolverine again. The next step would be a petition if Ryan Reynolds really wants to make this a reality.
