Marvel’s Kevin Feige Lets Us Know When to Expect the Avengers: Infinity War Trailer

Thanos Avengers Infinity War

The Avengers: Infinity War trailer leaked online at San Diego Comic Con, but Marvel did an excellent job of scrubbing it off the internet within a few days. If you weren’t able to catch the trailer then, you are probably wondering when in the world is Marvel going to officially release it.

Warner Bros. just dropped their latest Justice League trailer and Lucasfilm unleashed their extremely cryptic Star Wars: The Last Jedi trailer this weekend. So what gives, why haven’t we seen the Avengers: Infinity War trailer yet. We know shooting wrapped up a while ago and they’ve even begun filming for the unnamed Avengers 4 already.

The Managing Editor at Fandango, Erik Davis, gives us an update on when we can expect the trailer:

Now there are a number of possibilities for what “before the end of the year” means. One possibility could be right around the time Thor: Ragnarok launches to remind audiences about what all the other heroes are up. Another option could be an attempt to steal Warner Bros. and DC’s thunder by dropping it on Justice League. But probably the most likely option would be to drop it around Christmas when The Last Jedi hits theaters. Disney probably wants to be able to maximize their Lucasfilm marketing before shifting gears to Avengers.

At least we know, we will get to see the Avengers: Infinity War before the end of the year!
