Here’s When X-Men: Dark Phoenix Tickets Go On Sale
20th Century Fox’s X-Men: Dark Phoenix will hit theaters this June, but we just found out when you can purchase tickets.
According to our source, X-Men: Dark Phoenix tickets will go on sale on May 13th at 8 am ET. This news comes just a day after we got our first look at the final X-Men: Dark Phoenix trailer.
Our source didn’t provide us on whether there will be early showings, but it’s more than likely there will be showings on Thursday, June 6th as it has become common practice for movies to have showings on Thursday.
The film will be shown in Scope and be available in IMAX, Dolby Vision, D-Box, and 4DX. It will also be available in 3-D.
Here’s the official synopsis for the movie:
“This is the story of one of the X-Men’s most beloved characters, Jean Grey, as she evolves into the iconic DARK PHOENIX. During a life-threatening rescue mission in space, Jean is hit by a cosmic force that transforms her into one of the most powerful mutants of all. Wrestling with this increasingly unstable power as well as her own personal demons, Jean spirals out of control, tearing the X-Men family apart and threatening to destroy the very fabric of our planet. The film is the most intense and emotional X-Men movie ever made. It is the culmination of 20 years of X-Men movies, as the family of mutants that we’ve come to know and love must face their most devastating enemy yet — one of their own.”
X-Men: Dark Phoenix was written and directed by Simon Kinberg. The movie stars James McAvoy, Michael Fassbender, Sophie Turner, Nicholas Hoult, Jennifer Lawrence, Tye Sheridan, Alexandra Shipp, Kodi Smit-McPhee, Evan Peters, and Jessica Chastain.
X-Men: Dark Phoenix hits theaters on June 7th.
