Transformers: The Last Knight Drops A Sneak Peek At Kids Choice Awards!
At The Kids Choice Awards, Transformers: The Last Knight dropped a new teaser clip showcasing one of the new protagonists and just how the Earth has changed with the arrival of the Transformers.
Kids can get away with anything – there is no apparent adult supervision and the world is in an utter state of war. The trailer even opens up to a dilapidated football arena that is just waiting to fall apart.
The trailer also showcases the unique relationship between this new protagonist and the Transformers as she cuddles up with a tiny dinobot.
As with any Transformers movie there is a ton of action and lots of explosions in this trailer.
One of the main points in the trailer is what it means to be a girl in this new world. What it means to run like a girl and more importantly what it means to fight like a girl. Although we don’t actually see her fight at all. In fact, she gets rescued as she tries to stand up to a bunch of angry looking Decepticons.
See for yourself:
Transformers: The Last Night stars Mark Wahlberg as Cade Yeager, Gemma Chan as Quintessa, John Turturro as Agent Simmons, and Anthony Hopkins as Sir Edmund Barton. It also stars Stanley Tucci, Laura Haddock, and Josh Duhamel.
Here’s what you can expect from the story:
Optimus Prime finds his home planet, Cybertron, now a dead planet, in which he comes to find he was responsible for killing. He finds a way to bring the planet back to life, but in order to do so, he needs to find an artifact, which is on Earth.
Transformers: The Last Knight is directed by Michael Bay and will hit theaters on June 23rd.
