Sony has already released two Venom trailers for their upcoming film, and it looks like they will be releasing a third one tomorrow morning. The news of this trailer comes just a week after San Diego Comic-Con where Sony debuted previously unseen footage in Hall H for the film. However, they did not release a trailer.

However, this might not be a brand new trailer. The news of the trailer drop comes from Gavin Feng who tracks the Chinese Box Office. Gavin reported that a new Chinese trailer for Venom will drop tomorrow.

This isn’t unheard of. Most studios release international trailers and for the most part, they do contain some new footage, but most of it has already been seen in the United States. But given the timing of this announcement it’s more than likely we can probably expect a new United States version of the Venom trailer as well.

According to director Ruben Fleischer the plot of the film is based off the Lethal Protector and Planet of the Symbiotes comic book stories. While Spider-Man played a significant role in both of those stories, it’s still unclear whether Tom Holland will appear in the film. It’s been rumored he could make a cameo, but nothing has been confirmed.

Venom stars Tom Hardy as Eddie Brock, Michelle Williams as Anne Weying, Riz Ahmed as Carlton Drake,Jenny Slate, Scott Haze, and Woody Harrelson.

Venom hits theaters on October 5, 2018. Will you be seeing it then?
