Bringing dinosaurs back to life is not enough. InGen has decided to genetically modify one to boost their attendance to even greater heights! Obviously, this plan goes horrifically awry. Their new genetically enhanced dinosaur begins to take over the entire park.
The trailer debuts some extremely cool scenes. Chris Pratt’s character, Owen Grady, channels Cesar Millan, but instead of whispering to canines, Grady is the Raptor Whisperer. There is also a scene reminiscent of the vehicle scene from the first movie where two kids are trapped inside a mobile sphere when the dinosaur attacks; its claw penetrating through the glass. The craziest reveal is the ability of this genetically enhanced dino to communicate with and possibly even control the lesser dinosaurs.
I was disappointed with the actual appearance of the genetically enhanced dinosaur. It seemed a lot less terrifying than the T-Rex from the original Jurassic Park. The underwater dinosaur is the one causing chills to run through my spine especially when it gorges itself on a fleeing pterodactyl.
What are your thoughts? Do you like the idea of a Raptor Whisperer? What do you think about this intelligent dinosaur being able to control the other dinosaurs? Let us know in the comments below.
