A new action-packed Black Panther clip unveiled this morning on The Ellen Show puts you right in the action as Shuri played by Letitia Wright and Black Panther played by Chadwick Boseman hunt down some bad dudes.

The :45 second clip begins with Chadwick Boseman running and turning on his Black Panther suit. He quickly leaps onto Shuri’s Wakandan vehicle as they chase down some bad dudes who ruthlessly fire their automatic weapons at Black Panther. However, Black Panther’s new and improved suit absorbs the kinetic energy and actually charges the suit. Black Panther then has Shuri pull the car around the truck. He then leaps on to the hood of the truck and unleashes a blast of kinetic energy. The truck front flips in the air as Black Panther gracefully leaps back onto Shuri’s vehicle.

What might be the most interesting part of the video is that it appears Shuri isn’t actually in the vehicle. She appears to be remotely piloting the vehicle. There’s a quick shot where the bullets from the men in the truck fire at the driver’s side seat of the car, but no one is there. It’s possibly she’s using Wakandan technology that is similar to what we saw from the Sovereign in Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2.

Black Panther is directed by Ryan Coogler. It stars Chadwick Boseman as Black Panther, Michael B. Jordan as Erik Killmonger, Letitia Wright as Shuri, Lupita Nyong’o as Nakia, Andy Serkis as Klaw, and Martin Freeman as Everett K. Ross.

The film is expected to hit theaters on February 16, 2018.
