Crunchyroll announced a brand new Mob Psycho video game, Mob Psycho 100: Psychic Battle. Mob Psycho 100: Psychic Battle is a turn-based RPG mobile game that features a number of fan favorite characters from the anime as well as their original voice actors.
Check out the trailer.
The game will specifically allow players to build a team of five “Mob Psycho 100” characters. Each character will have their own move set along with an animated cutscene for their special attack.
It will also allow players to explore the world of Mob Psycho 100 and battle in classic locations from the universe.
Based on a screen shot, the game looks very similar in function to Star Wars Galaxy of Heroes, DC Legends, Ninja Turtles: Legends, and Marvel Strike Force.
While the base gameplay might be similar to those games, it also appears that it will have a ton of other functions that appear to include partners and pets.
A playable demo of the game will be available at Crunchyroll HQ during Anime Expo in Los Angeles during the July 4th weekend.
Crunchyroll expects the game to launch in Fall 2019 and will be available in the United States, Australia, New Zealand, Canada, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Ireland, Netherlands, Norway, Sweden, and the United Kingdom. The game will be available through the App Store and on Google Play.
