Dark Horse Comics and 20th Century Fox Consumer Products will be celebrating 30 years of Predator with a brand new series Predator: Hunters that will see the Predators become the hunted as the toughest, most dangerous humans on Earth start hunting them!
Bringing Predator: Hunters to life will be Dark Horse’s senior editor Chris Warner (Barb Wire) with artist Francis Ruiz Velascao (Hellboy II, Pacific Rim), letterer Michael Heisler and cover artist Doug Wheatley. The series will run five issues long.
The 30th anniversary celebration won’t stop there. Dark Horse will also be rolling out a hardcover collection, [easyazon_link identifier=”1506703429″ locale=”US” tag=”bounintocomi-20″]Predator: The Original Comics Series – Concrete Jungle and Other Stories[/easyazon_link]. This hardcover collection will collect Mark Verheiden’s Predator stories from 1989 to 1996.
Predator: The Original Comic Series – Concrete Jungle and Other Stories will collect Predator Concrete Jungle #1-4, Predator: Cold War #1-4, and Predator: Dark River #1-4. Concrete Jungle tells the story of alien trophy hunters who travel from the jungles of Central America to the concrete jungle of New York where they face off against an NYPD detective. Cold War has the Predators crash land in Siberia and Dark River sees the hero of Concrete Jungle investigate the trail of his younger brother and discover what really happened to him after the events of the movie Predator.
