The Avengers 4 directors Anthony and Joe Russo fired Mark Ruffalo via Tweet after the Hulk actor admitted he spoiled parts of the film.
Ruffalo, who plays Hulk in the Marvel Cinematic Universe, took to Twitter to ask Jimmy Fallon, the host of The Tonight Show, to not air his spoiler slip
.@JimmyFallon, I trust that you will cut my spoiler slip on the show tonight. That was “off the record” homey. Please don’t get me in trouble with Marvel (Barry) again. DM me back. M

Fallon appears to have taken up Ruffalo on his promise as the Hulk actor not only allegedly revealed the title for the film, but he also went into specific details about what happens with Hulk in the movie. Fallon’s crew at The Tonight Show have edited out most of the spoilers. It looks like only the folks in the studio might be privy to his knowledge.
Just before the show aired, the Russo Brothers informed Ruffalo that he was fired.
Mark, you’re fired.

Now, Ruffalo is an actor. I don’t think for one second he actually gave away the title or any major details from the movie. In fact, it appears he’s recounting a fan theory about the end to Avengers: Infinity War with the Hulk busting out of the Hulkbuster armor and laying down some smack on Thanos and his minions.
It’s more than likely he was doing a bit in order to promote the film and get hype brewing for the sequel to Avengers: Infinity War. The Russo Brothers played into that, by adding even more drama by allegedly firing him.
What do you think? Did the Russo brothers really fire Mark Ruffalo? Did he actually spoil anything from Avengers 4?
